I have known Matt Stehno (SVCI) for several years. Our relationship began a decade ago when our agency began the search for a new Mobile Command Center. The search started on a national level, looking for a vendor that could construct a command center specific to our needs. I am the Assistant Chief of Police at the Vernal Police Department. I have
